Nitro places a Gates crimper in your shop, service truck, or production cell so your team can build factory-quality hydraulic hose to Gates specifications, on your schedule. Choose from portable, battery-powered, bench, heavy-duty, and full-production machines matched to your hose work, duty cycle, and volume.
Nitro retains ownership of the equipment while your team operates it. Every placement includes the correct Gates dies, crimp specifications or eCrimp access, hands-on training, and ongoing support. Gates hose and fittings are supplied through Nitro’s software-managed VMI program, with inventory stocked and replenished as it is used. Program participation requires an opening stock order and an ongoing annual purchase commitment.

Choose from five Gates crimpers matched to field service, shop production, heavy-duty work, and full production cells.
MOBILECRIMP 4-20
Field and portable. A compact 57 lb crimper for service trucks and field repairs. Handles 1/4 in. to 1-1/4 in. hose, including up to 4-wire spiral, with hand, air, or electric power options.
GC16XD MINI
Field and battery powered. A 44 lb cordless crimper with a fast 18-second cycle. Handles up to 1 in. 2-wire and 3/4 in. 4-wire hose. Best for mobile repair and higher-volume on-site work.
POWERCRIMP 707
Shop and bench production. A 115V powered bench crimper for daily hose production. Handles 3/16 in. to 1-1/4 in. hose at up to 100 assemblies per hour, plus bent-tube and 45/90-degree block fittings.
SC32
Heavy-duty shop work. An 80-ton bench crimper for demanding duty cycles. Handles hose up to 1-1/4 in. routinely and up to 2 in. occasionally, with 110V or 220V power.
GC32 TSI
Full production cell. A smart, high-volume crimper for routine 2 in. 6-wire spiral and up to 2-1/2 in. industrial hose. Includes touch-screen controls, Wi-Fi, and Gates eCrimp access.
