The traps are JIC 37 degree against SAE 45 degree, and BSPP against NPT, which thread together far enough to fool you and then weep under pressure.

We record hose type, both end fittings, overall length and end orientation against your part number, then build to that record every time. Assemblies can be tagged to your numbering so nobody on the assembly floor is guessing. Tell us your annual usage and we can hold material against your build schedule.
Yes. Send the BOM as a spreadsheet or PDF and we will quote it line by line, substitute equivalents where a line is obsolete, and flag long lead times before they hurt your build date. If some lines are not ours, we will say so. Once a BOM is quoted we keep it on file, so the second machine is a reorder against a known parts list.
We work from the work the machine has to do, not the peak number. Send cylinder bores and strokes, required force and cycle times, cycles per hour, ambient conditions, the mounting envelope and the electrical supply. From that we size pump and motor, reservoir volume for heat rejection, filtration, cooling and the valve circuit, then build and test it in house.
Yes. Prototypes are usually a few pieces built quickly and changed twice before the design settles, which is what an in-house build shop is for. Bring your mock-up lengths and we will build. When the design freezes we record the final specification, and that record becomes the equipment and machinery supplies list for every unit after it, which keeps machine twelve identical to machine one.
Bring the failed assembly to Concord or Barrie and standard hose assemblies are built the same day. If the line cannot come off the machine, ask about mobile crimping. Ask what the actuator has to do. Pneumatics suit fast, repetitive motion with modest force and cost less to install per axis. Hydraulics suit high force in a small envelope, controlled speed under load, and any station that has to hold position. Mixed machines are normal. On a machine build, a small miss early becomes a warranty call later. A bend radius set wrong on the prototype shows up as hose failures on units ten through fifty, and a reservoir sized too small for heat rejection runs hot for the life of the machine.
Check these while the machine is still on your floor.
